Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease your cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until creamy.
- Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the diced pears.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
