Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, granulated sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well until smooth.
- Spread the almond mixture evenly over the pre-made tart crust.
- Arrange the sliced pears on top of the almond filling.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds over the pears for extra crunch if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, possibly with whipped cream or ice cream. Garnishing with fresh mint leaves can add a pop of color.
